Sajid Khan evicted from ‘Bigg Boss 16’ | The Express Tribune

After Abdu Rozik, it appears that Sajid Khan has taken his leave from the much-acclaimed reality show, Bigg Boss. A video shared by the official Twitter handle of the show reveals a glimpse of the upcoming episode. In the one-minute clip, the Housefull director can be seen saying his goodbyes to the audience with teary eyes, while the host announces his exit.

Several of his housemates, including Sumbul Touqeer Khan, can be seen crying as the announcement is made. The footage also shows Bigg Boss detailing how Khan took the challenging decision of returning to the show to reconnect with his fans and how he was the only one in the house who was loved by all of the housemates.

.Before the video concludes, Khan is shown giving his farewell speech. “I fold my hands to apologise to all those I fought with. You people supported me a lot,” expresses the Saathi actor, while joining his hands together to ask for forgiveness.

After watching the teaser, many viewers, however, did not share the same sentiments as Khan and were quick to dub this exit as expected and planned.

“Sajid Khan and Abdu Rozik were never contestants. They were paid entrants, the former for clearing his image and the latter for making a name in India. They were under contract to stay till a certain period of time and would eventually be taken out,” remarked one fan.

Another said, “This was bound to happen, he didn’t have any existence in the show without Abdu. He was visible only because of him.”

A commenter also suggested that Khan’s contract with the channel was over, therefore the contestant had to leave. “It’s all pre-planned. He didn’t get any votes and elimination would have been an insult. His contract was also till January 12.”

“Why are you giving so much hype to him? He does not deserve it. After seeing his real face in BB house I literally started hating him,” expressed another Big Boss viewer.
